Nutella Fluff Dessert
A High-Protein, High-Volume Dessert That Feels Like a Fluffy Cloud (190 Calories, 40g Protein)
If you’ve been trying to increase your protein but still want something sweet at night… this is one of those recipes that actually makes it feel easy.
This dessert is high protein, high volume, and literally feels like you’re eating a soft, fluffy cloud. It’s light, airy, slightly crisp on the outside, and somehow still feels indulgent without being heavy at all.
The best part is how simple it is—just two main ingredients—and the macros are so good for the amount of volume you get—190 calories and 40g of protein for the whole thing.
I topped mine with no sugar hazelnut spread and homemade marshmallow fluff, and it was unreal. But this is one of those recipes where you can get really creative and make it your own depending on what you’re craving.

Ingredients
For the fluff:
220g egg whites
1 scoop vanilla or salted caramel protein powder
(I used this one: https://amzn.to/4tfHIvK — vanilla or unflavored works best)
Optional toppings:
Refined sugar-free hazelnut spread (linked here: https://amzn.to/4dbcKQF)
Homemade marshmallow fluff
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Whip egg whites first for 5–10 minutes until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in protein powder
Do NOT add it before whipping or it won’t fluff properly
Shape into an oval or round cake-like form
Bake for 10 minutes
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy
Macros
Macros will vary slightly depending on the protein powder you use
190 calories
0g fat
0g carbs
40g protein
If you use a flavored protein, it may add a little sweetness or carbs—but either way, the macros are still amazing for a dessert like this.

Topping Ideas (Make It Your Own)
This is where it gets fun—whether you want it more dessert-y or keep it macro-friendly:
Sweet + classic:
No sugar hazelnut spread + marshmallow fluff (my go-to 🤍)
Chocolate chips + crushed graham crackers (s’mores vibe)
Peanut butter + a drizzle of honey
High-protein options:
Greek yogurt + cinnamon + a little maple syrup
Protein Cake Batter (recipe here)
Protein frosting (mix protein powder + yogurt or almond milk)
Cottage cheese drizzle blended smooth + sweetener
High-protein pudding or chocolate mousse (recipe linked here)
Fun combos:
Frozen raspberries + chocolate drizzle
Banana slices + peanut butter + sea salt
Coconut flakes + almond butter
Crushed protein bars on top for texture
If you want it extra sweet:
Sugar-free Cool Whip
Sprinkles + melted chocolate
Caramel drizzle + sea salt
The macros are insane, the volume is unreal, and it genuinely feels like you’re eating a dessert… while still hitting your protein.
This one is a must try 🤍
